We strive to deliver happiness in every bowl. However, in the rare event something goes wrong with your order, here’s how we handle refunds and cancellations.


Situations Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You can raise a return or refund request if any of the following occur:

  • The item received is defective or damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • Items were missing from the package
  • The items were damaged during delivery

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if any of the above issues occur. Once the request is raised, you must share clear visual proof (photo/video) of the issue within 3 days from delivery.


Return & Refund Process

If the return request is approved:

  1. The customer must return the item in unused condition, with the original packaging, invoice, and tags intact.
  2. Once the product is received and passes our quality check, the refund will be processed.
  3. Refunds can take 10–15 business days after we receive the item at our warehouse.

⚠️ Items that are used, broken, tampered with, or not returned in the original condition will not be eligible for refund.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product details before placing an order.

If the wrong item was ordered by the customer, Kukky will not be able to offer a refund or exchange in such cases.


Refund Modes

We offer the following refund options:

  • Back to Source: Amount is refunded to the original payment method.
  • Bank Transfer: If required, refunds can be made to a bank account. We’ll need:
    • Account Holder’s Name
    • Account Number
    • Bank Name
    • Branch Name
    • IFSC Code

GST & Shipping

  • If an order is returned, the GST amount will be refunded. However, shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If an order is cancelled before shipping, both GST and shipping charges will be refunded.

Return to Origin (RTO) Cases

  • If the package is returned due to an issue with the delivery partner, we’ll bear the shipping cost and send a replacement.
  • If the package is returned due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer, the customer will need to bear the cost of:
    • Original shipment (To)
    • Return shipment (Fro)
    • Reshipping to the correct address
